• The shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than the expected date due to an invalid address, customs clearance procedures, or other causes.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Order verification, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch in 1-5 business days after the order is placed.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to the destination.

Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $39. Orders below $39 are charged $9.99 for standard shipping. Shipping methods include Wanb, YANWEN, 4PX and others, but at this time, we do not allow customers to choose a specific shipping carrier. Orders shipped via YANWEN will be handed off to USPS or ONTRAC for final delivery.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24-hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched on business days. Please note: this can take longer during promotional sales.

As soon as your order is packed we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is available.

You will also be able to track your order in your account.

How To Change My Delivered Address?

Once you realized your delivered address is wrong, please contact our Customer Care (service@lovingerie.com) immediately! We will help to change your delivered address before dispatch. Please kindly note that we can't change the address once the item was dispatched.
